  • Work closely and cohesively with the Technology Team; technicians, consultants, and lead.
  • Work with clients in all settings and manners; in-person/on-site, remote access, telephone, and email.
  • Provide solutions to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Collaborate with NCS staff to produce solutions for clients in a timely manner.
  • Train end-users on technology.
  • Manage backup and replication for clients.
  • Manage updates for Managed Network Service (MNS) clients.
  • Proficient in CRM usage.
  • Utilize CRM; creating tickets for every client encounter, documenting all communication with client. This creates a client history and enables NCS to best serve clients.
  • Gain a knowledge base of technology and products NCS offers. When appropriate communicate with clients about what NCS can do for them.
  • Identify and gather sales opportunities and refer those to the client relations team.
  •  Work with Technology Team to analyze common client issues and finding solutions as a team. When appropriate, share with other NCS staff.
